Abstract (EN)
This study included,was conducted on patients attending to the Al Shefaa hospital, they suffering from COVID-19 infections were diagnosed at Kirkuk ( November /2021 to April /2022). The sample studied included (N=130) cases including 30 individuals from a control sample. Their age ranged between (31 to 90) years (56 female and 44 male), while healthy group as a control group were (14males and 16 females). Increased d‐dimer indicates the hyper coagulation condition in COVID 19 patients was significant correlated with VIT-D and pro‐inflammatory response CRP ,IL-6, IL-8 and lymphocyte count. D-dimer and VIT-D and IL-8 show significant positive correlation(0.0652)and (+0.003) while D-dimer show significant negative correlation with IL6-dimer show significant but negative correlation (-0.101). Sever infected individual showed significantly increased in the mean of WBC count was 12.53 while in control patients was 6.79 ,due to significant increase in the mean of neutrophil the control group they were (86.05 and 62.53) respectively.
