Abstract (EN)

Ezidis who are an ethnic with their beliefs and worships, have been a very interesting subject for researchers so far. With the decreasing population in Turkey, Ezidis who have maintained their existence in countries such as Irak, Syria, Georgia, Armenia have to migrate to some Europian countires especially to Germany. The Ezidis who have been scattered to such a large geography was inevitably effected by other beliefs. Due to this ancient belief's trying to hide itself like a secret, restricted resources about Ezidis, not wanting to give information to others who are not Ezidis have caused limited context for researches and reached different results. Especially because of verbal culture's being more effective than literacy, have made it hard for Ezidis to document information about their belief. Kavls which are samples of religious music and keep the faith alive, have been collected to notes analyzed according to Turkish Musical tunes. Even though it was hard to work it out as Ezidis people are closed society, the interviews which were done with Batman Ezidis, was ended with a friendship framework. Key Words: Ezidi, Religious Music, Turkish Music
