Knowledge and existence on the basis of Farabi's concept of logic

The universalization ability of the akl operates to obtain various information about existing things(mevcud) and existence(vucüd). In Islamic Philosophy, there are a philosophical and logical approach to carry out this activity, which is basically divided into knowledge of existence and knowledge of what it is( mahiyye). The thesis basically examines the way this information is obtained and its connection with existence. For this purpose, in the first chapter, the meanings of some concepts used by Fârâbî are highlighted and an attempt is made to show that his system is suitable for this explanation. Although his explanations are based on the concepts of existence and existing, the conceptual scheme used by Fârâbi is revealed in this aspect. In the following section, the structures that express judgments consisting of the concepts presented and the situations in which these structures have the quality of definitive knowledge are explained. In the last part, it has been tried to show why the information that Fârâbî said is definitive and contradictory can never be considered, has the possibility of making sentences about existence, through ontological partnership. Afterwards, the difference between the levels of existence in terms of the predicate of existence and the compatibility of the results regarding the entities derived from the structures expressing confirmation with Fārābī's general philosophical system were evaluated
