Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to examine the effects of static warm-up, jogging and dynamic warm-up exercises on some motor characteristics and passing skills in female football players. 20 female football players (average age 20.75±2.88 years; mean height 164.75±5.73 cm; body weight mean 59.15 ± 9.49 kg; mean age of training 8.05±) competing in the Turkcell Women's Football Super League in the 2021-2022 season. 1.76 years) participated voluntarily. Participants performed three different warm-up protocols with 48 hours intervals between them. The warm-up protocol is designed as dynamic warm-up exercises (Method A), static warm-up exercises (Method B) and jogging (Method C). After each warm-up protocol, 30-meter sprint, the sit and reach test, standing long jump, Illionis agility tests, vertical jump, were applied to determine the motoric characteristics of the participants and the Mor-Christian Passing Test was applied to determine the passing skills specific to football. While IBM SPSS 23 package program was used in data analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to examine the effect of warm-up methods on motoric characteristics and passing skills values. As a result of the analysis, Post Hoc comparisons were continued with Tukey HSD test in the relationships found to be significant and the level of significance was accepted as p<0.05. As a result of the study, it has been shown that dynamic warm-up has a more positive effect on speed and agility performance values than other warm-up protocols.
