Özet (EN)
In this thesis, four different irrigation levels (IR125, IR100, IR75 and IR50) and Proline application (Proline use and control), some pomological characteristics (SÇKM, fruit flesh firmness, fruit weight, pH, color characteristics), leaf The study was carried out under Spanish type high tunnel conditions to determine the effects on area, stem number, fruit number, yield per plant and Eco-Physiological properties. Proline, 20 mM, was applied to the foliage 5 times, once a month, starting from December. From the beginning to the end of the trial, a total of 712, 575, 438 and 301 mm of irrigation water was applied to the IR125, IR100, IR75 and IR50 applications, respectively. There was an increase in yield per plant with increasing irrigation water amount in Fortuna strawberry variety, the highest average yield of 1333.2 (g/plant) was obtained from IR125 applications. Average fruit weight was measured at the highest 17.3 g in the IR100 application at irrigation levels, and 11.8 g in the lowest IR50 application. Proline applications did not show an increase in 100% and 125% applications compared to the control, but increased by 12% in 50% and 75% applications, and it was determined that fruit weight was positively affected in terms of limited water applications. The maximum number of fruits per plant in the control group was 75.1 pieces/plant in IR 125 application, and 95 pieces/plant in PIR125 application in Proline applications. It is observed that the average fruit weight increased with Proline applications at 50% and 75% irrigation levels, which are limited irrigation levels. It has been determined that Proline applied in the outer color of the fruit has no negative effect. Proline applications created lower fruit flesh firmness values in strawberry plant. The amount of water soluble dry matter (SSCM) increased under water stress conditions within irrigation levels. Irrigation water levels and Proline application did not make a significant difference on pH value. Leaf area and stem numbers increased with the increase in the amount of irrigation water. There was a direct proportional trend with increasing irrigation water in eco-physiological measurements. As a result, Proline application not only showed a positive effect in water stress conditions, but also increased the yield at different irrigation water levels and did not show negative results in quality parameters.
