The Fersin (Güçlüköy) village monography

Rural architecture, made by the public, the public shaped by their own needs, is architecture with regional differences. Many rural areas and rural architecture have lost their originality to the present day. The deterioration of rural texture, which is a consequence of industrialization, disrupts the authenticity of rural architecture. The most distinctive feature of rural architecture is its relation to the environment. Rural architecture is not deteriorating places, mostly away from urbanization. The subject of thesis: the old settlement of Güçlüköy, which is connected to the Akseki districts of Antalya, has not lost its value. In the study, the architectural texture in general has been examined in accordance with the social and geographical conditions of Fersin, the former settlement of Güçlüköy. Again, a social survey was conducted within the scope of the study and the graphs of the data were prepared and evaluated. Catalogue section, 44 houses, 21 housing ruins, 8 fountains, 5 cisterns, village school, village room and mosque. Although the dates of the structures in the village are not known precisely, they are dated as the first and second half of the 19th and 20th centuries in line with the transitions between generations. It was confirmed during the interviews that earlier samples existed, but even their ruins did not survive.
