The violation of reproduction and distribution rights on the intellectual and artistic works, the result of violation

In order to make progress in science, culture and and art; new intellectual and artistic works must be produced in these areas. To do this, those work owners must be encouraged to produce new intellectual and artistic works. So, in order to encourage to produce new intellectual and artistic works, work owners are given particular rights. Thsese rights are divided into two groups, such as financial rights and moral rights. The two most important of financial rights are reproduction right and distribution right.Reproduction right and distribution right are strictly connected to each other. The use of reproduction right without using distribution right doesn?t make sense in point of benefitting from the work economically. On the other hand, to be able to use distribution right, reproduction right must be used first. Because distribution right can only be the case with regard to the copied number of work.Like other financial rights, reproduction right and distribution right are protected against activities in derogation. Against derogation, several application oppurtunities in the fields of private law and criminal law are given to rightful owners. Rightful owners whose reproduction right and distribution right are violated, can go to law for avoidance of violation, prevention agains violation and remedial actions resulted from private law. Also those rightful owners, can raise a claim for criminal investigation at the court of enquiry
