Firmalardaki risklerin dinamik olarak değerlendirilmesi ve yönetilmesine yönelik bir karar modeli

Risk management defined as that the risks that the companies may be exposed are determined in advance and thus minimizing their negative effects. Risk management studies play important role in providing efficiency, safe working environment for employees and sustainable competitive advantage. In this thesis, production risks of an international manufacturing company producing kitchen systems are evaluated. In this evaluation process, FMEA was employed as the risk assessment method. However, FMEA suffers from some deficiencies in prioritizing the risks. To overcome the deficiencies, a multi criteria decision making method, TOPSIS, is utilized. It was used to evaluate and prioritize the precautions by using the evaluation criteria. In addition, an interface was designed in this study to calculate the RPNs of the selected fault group quickly and see the precautions to be taken. With this interface, it is facilitated to monitor and access to FMEA in case of renewal of the faults. This screen program was developed with Excel VBA and quick access to the data was realized. Thanks to the proposed approach, it has been provided to give implementation priority to the precautions besides giving priority to the risks as traditional risk analysis methods do.
