Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of kinetic brain exercises on attention balance and soccer technique in 13-15 year old football players. 35 (20 intervention, 15 control) football players with a mean age of 13,97 ± 0,82 years, length of 163,10 ± 11,55 cm and weight of 48,12 ± 9,90 kg participated in the study. In addition to the regular football training for 12 weeks, 30 minutes of kinetic brain training were applied to the intervention group players for 3 weeks a week. The control group did not receive any additional training except for normal football training. Study data was obtained from both groups before the study (Preliminary Measurement) and after the study was completed (Final Measurement). To test the effectiveness of the study, wall rusting, dribbling, static balance, dynamic balance, and attention tests were applied. The data were analyzed using statistical programs developed for social sciences. In the analysis of the data, two-factor ANOVA test was used for repeated measurements. As a result of the study, there was no significant improvement in group-time interaction, although there was a significant improvement in time as a result of the wall pass test (p> 0.05). Dribbling test showed significant improvement in both time and group-time interaction (p <0.05). As a result of static and dynamic balance tests, no significant improvement was observed in both time and group-time interactions (p> 0.05). Significant improvement was observed in both time and group-time interactions as a result of attention test (p <0.05). As a result, 12-week kinetic brain exercises can have a positive effect on football players' attention level and some technical skills.
