Genelleştirilmiş Baskakov-Kantorovıch operatörleri

This thesis consists of third chapter. The first chapter deals with some basic definitions and a short history of approximation theorems. In the second chapter, strong approximation properties of a modification of Baskakov-Kantorovich operators via Taylor polynomials are given in polynomial weighted spaces. The third chapter contains our original results. In this chapter, we introduce a generalization of Baskakov-Kantorovich operators. We first give some direct results with the help of the second order modulus of continuity and the elements of Lipschitz class. Next, we study their weighted approximation properties.
