Abstract (EN)
This study conducted from September to December 2014 in Dicle University Faculty of Agriculture Department of Horticulture Research & Implementation Greenhouse. The research was planned by two phases, at first phase, ligneous cuttings of GF 677 cutted, and then Indolebutyric Acid (IBA) at different doseses (as control 0, 2000, 3500 and 5000 ppm) applied to determine the effect of these concentration on the rooting. At second phase, doses 5000 ppm of IBA on woodstock applied, investigated the effect of 5000 ppm doses on rooting traits and rooting periods and relationships between rooting traits and rooting periods at 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th weeks. The best rooting ratio (82.0%), the highest number of roots (20.03) and root quality (3.42/5) determined from 5000 ppm IBA treatment at first phase. As thickness of ligneous cuttings thicker, rooting ratio, root count and root length more decreases. Rooting ratio from the 3rd to the 6th week at ligneous cuttings increased, 3.3%, 24.4%, 41.7% and 67.9% respectively.
