The influences of the education of the visual arts of the austic children

The influences of the visual arts have been examined through this study. The autistic children between 6 ? 26 ages in the 2005 ? 2006 education year from the Special Adaptation Special Training School of the Çankaya district and the province of Ankara, zmir administrative province and Menemen district and the Sabahat Aksiray the Training Center for the Autistic Children are forming the concept of this study. In order to provide a sample; 100 children, 76 of these are boys and the rest 24 are girls have been randomly selected and made them draw pictures. The practice has been implemented personally by the researcher in the class environment in the lesson hours of the visual arts education. The qualitative research methods have been used in this study. The student observation forms have been used in the practice phase. As a result of the research; 1. The rate of the happy students is %19 before they had started to draw pictures; this rate has been increased to %38 after the children had completed drawing pictures. %100 percent increase is seen. 2. The rate of the unhappy students is %24 before they had started to draw pictures; this rate has been increased to %6 after the children had completed drawing pictures. %75 decrease is seen. 3. The rate of the peaceful students is %9 before they had started to draw pictures; this rate has been increased to %37 after the children had completed drawing pictures. The rate of the peaceful students has changed %311, 11. 4. The rate of the unhappy students is %28 before they had started to draw pictures; this rate has been increased to %19 after the children had completed drawing pictures. The rate of the unhappy students has changed %32, 15. 5. The rate of the angry students is %20 before they had started to draw pictures; this rate has been increased to %0 after the children had completed drawing pictures. %100 decrease is seen. If the practice results analyzed by considering the linear growing period and the meaning of their lines, it was seen that they are reflecting the inconveniences of the students. The suggestions that were introduced are given place by depending on the results of this research.
