Abstract (EN)
Tangent cone bases for a polynomial ideal are defined. The properties of tangent cone bases are studied. Using this properties and Gröbner bases techniques, an alternative algorithm to compute a tangent cone basis of an ideal are developed. Furthermore, a lifting problem for tangent cone basis are defined and solved. Keywords: Polynomial Ideals, Gröbner Bases, Tangent Cone Bases.
