Özet (EN)

The urban which find out between people and the enviroment relationship, has an important impact on people. Because people use different urban environments such as streets and parks in different microclimatic conditions during the day, they can be exposed to hot and cold thermal stresses. Therefore, the perception of bioclimatic comfort in the urban area is a very important parameter for the development of cities and the quality of life of people. Since it is known that traditional housing patterns are formed in long years with the effect of natural conditions such as climate and geography of the region where they are located, it can be said that these structures were built in accordance with human comfort conditions. Consequently, bioclimatic comfort conditions were investigated in the urban fabric of the traditionally formed Diyarbakır Suriçi region. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the streets with different SVF (Sky View Factor) values in the traditional urban texture, which is planned in accordance with the settlement pattern in the Diyarbakır Suriçi region, and the street elements cabaltı in terms of bioclimatic comfort conditions. For this purpose, first of all, 6 Kabalts in Ziya Gökalp, Abdaldede and Süleyman Nazif neighborhoods where traditional street texture is found in the Suriçi Region and 19 points selected from the streets around these Kabalts were determined. From these determined points, wind speed, temperature, humidity values and building surface temperatures were measured at 5 days intervals in the summer season of 2020 (between 10/06/2020-30/09/2020). In order to determine the SVF value, fisheye photographs were taken at a height of 1.5 meters from the ground on a cloudless day. PET (Physiological Equivalent Temperature) and SVF values were calculated by using the RayMan Pro program. According to the results, temperature graphs of PET and building surfaces were created. Finally, the relationships between SVF-PET and SVF-structure surface temperatures were examined. As a result of the study, it has been observed that the street and cabalties found in the traditional texture of Diyarbakır Suriçi, which were measured, are generally in the "very hot" comfort range in the summer period. When the surface temperatures of the buildings are examined, it has been determined that the surface temperatures of the cabalts change very little between the morning and noon hours, while the other points vary according to the amount of solar radiation reaching the surface. In addition, it has been understood that there is no direct relationship between SVF-PET and SVF- structure surface temperatures and different parameters affecting these concepts should be considered.
