Abstract (EN)
In addition to the strong political history of the Turkish nation, its cultural richness has become a remarkable element in every period of history, causing the regions under control to be affected by this fact. In this context, taking the Anatolian geography under Turkish domination initiated the synthesis of local and national elements, and thus a rich cultural structure has been formed. The roots of the traditional structure and the resulting semantic richness have taken on a completely different face in the Anatolian geography under Turkish rule, especially with the influence of the Sufi orders. At this point, the ongoing traditional structure has become the most fundamental and important element of the cultural identify. Our aim in this study was to reveal the structure of the Anatolian people, who are strictly bound to tradition, adorned with oral culture and their connection with ancient Turkish traditions. For this purpose, three districts were selected in Tokat city and the work area was started especially with the villages bearing the Oğuz tribe names. As a result of the shaping of the material in the field in line with the old Turkish traditions, a research was carried out in 9 villages in total and the main axis of the study was revealed with the words of the source people. The gravestones, which constitute an important step of cultural elements, were determined as a result of the evaluation of the symbols in 4 villages belonging to Anşa Bacılı Ocağı, especially in Acısu village. The interviews and analyzes conducted on the axis of birth, wedding and death aimed to show the perspective of the people of the region and the effects of material and spiritual elements on the tradition.
