Abstract (EN)
Jurgen Habermas is one the last living represantatives of the Franfurt School. Habermas, carrying the effcets of this school, makes analysis of modern society, tries to form the theory of society with a understanding of liberal ve radical democracy. This study mainly focuses on the research of Habermas' theory of communication action and this theory of to investigate the applicability in society, especially company and from the outline of the method adopted by Habermas, will end with our assessment of how much this theory is applied in the business world in generel and the firms in Manisa in particular.
