The goal of commentators is to make the Qur'an understandable. The Qur'an is being studied to be understood in different methods in every period. In recent century, there have been important changes in tafsir in terms of method, understanding and content. This discussion of methods is still continuing today. Born in 1930 and still living, al-Harari wrote many books in almost every branch of Islam. His work the "Tafsir (Commentary) Method In Hadâiq Al-Rawhi Wal-Rayhân Fi Rawâbi Ulûm Al-Qur'an, Example of Surat Ali Imran, is an important tafsir written at the end of XX. century. It is a tafsir that is necessary to be studied in terms of method and content. We studied his tafsir in terms of method, content and Ulum al-Qur'an, and tried to analize its important aspects. The tafsir, which embodied riwayat and dirayat, is written in a unique way. The tafsir has many thing in it such as; munasabat, Qiraat styles, i'rab, balagat, şiir (poem), istishhad, naskh, Ahkam tafsir, social and sufi tafsir, linguistic analysis and İ'jaz al-Qur'an.
