Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, firstly the harmonic Horadam numbers are defined. Afterwards, sum formulas including harmonic Horadam numbers are obtained by using the difference operator method. In addition, circulant matrices with harmonic Horadam numbers are defined and Euclidean, spectral, row (column) norms of these matrices are obtained.
