The Alaybeyzade's In Harput and Huh village

This study includes the history of Alaybeyzadeler family, who served as a timar holder and Alaybeyi in the Ottoman Empire, Harput Sanjak, later immigrated to Huh Village but continued to be a timar holder, possessing land after the removal of the timar system, and is known as the Huh Aghas for all these reasons. In this study, first of all, brief information was given about the history of the Harput Sanjak, where the Alaybeyzadeler lived. Then, the timar system, which is one of the foundations of the Ottoman Empire, was mentioned, and then information was given about the timar holder. Afterwards, information about Alaybeyi, who is between sanjakbeyi and timar holder in hierarchy of Ottoman empire, is provided. After this general information, the reasons for the arrival of the family, called Alaybeyzadeler, from Harput to Huh village were emphasized, then the genealogy of the family was tried to be extracted in the light of the archive information and population records. In addition, an effort was made to give brief information by examining the historical development of Huh village.
