Organizational commitment of hospital employees(Antalya Atatürk State Hospital nurses examples)

In the recent years organizational commitment has taken an important role in management. This in the foundation of an organization it establishes a sense of belonging and purpose while fulfilling the objectives of the organization in increasing service quality thus creating a difference within the market increasing competition. With increasing the commitment to the organization the working capacity of the organization as a public body feature demonstrates with a high percentage of success in the effective and efficient patients satisfaction. The Health Institute concluded that the organizational commitment is what they would focus on in shaping their work. Antalya Ataturk General Hospital was used as an example to clarify the success effects of organizational commitment to an organization. The theoretical study and quantitative research methods were used to conduct the survey. The survey work findings carried out frequency analysis of data into SPSS as demonstrated in the t-Test and Anova test. Key Words : Organizations, Organizational Commitment, Nurses
