Abstract (EN)
Communication is as old as history of humanity. Communication is an important concept not only for building relationships among individuals but also for society and organizations. In today's business world communication is an important concept especially for the management level of the organizations. The communication skills of the top managers are growing in importance. As it is known organizations are social and living beings and the communication skills of the top managers have effect on the motivation and the burnout levels of the employees. This study investigates the effects of the communication skills of the managers on the motivation and burnout levels of nurses in hospitals which are one of the important actors of the healthcare industry.
