Özet (EN)

Aircraft maintenance operations play an important role in providing safe flight, the primary objective of airlines. The related studies indicate that the majority of error occurred during the aircraft maintenance process depend on human factor. Adapting ethic principals in organizational practices can improve efficiency and organizational loyalty of employees, and therefore, decrease the human error to its minimum.In this study, first, concept of ethics is described, and then organization culture and social responsibility concepts are investigated with the emphasis of their connection with organizational ethics. The reasons of unethical behaviors are described. The unethical behaviors due to employees and organizational practices are investigated in the perspective of aviation industry.In the final part of the study, the analysis of the survey applied to aircraft maintenance personnel in order to determine ethical perception of organizational practices and its effect on attitude, are performed and its results are presented.
