An application for passengers' choosing criteria in airline transportation sector

Airline transportation sector is a system that forms passanger and cargotransportation activities and unit linked together.Airline transportation sectorincludes airline managment,airtraffic and airtraffic control service,groundopeartion,catering service,training,technique and all these relevant substructuresuperstructure and other aviation activities coordinations and inspectionsaccording to international rules.All these coordinations provision requires greatattention and care.According to the foresights,although it is expected that there will be adevelopment in air traffic and commercial airline transportation in the future,itis conjuctured that many airline companies which are actived in 2000?s won?tprotect their existence or they will be under the protection of the other bigcompanies in future times.By the help of these foresights,these airline companiesmust give an importance to the quality understanding which has a direction tothe needs of the customer in order to remain standing in this competitionatmosphere.Consisting of these researches,a survey is done and it is evaluated inorder to learn the customer?s needs.The main aim in this research is todetermine the customers needs and choices in air transport sector and toevaluate the importance of customer aspect for the companies in thiscompetition atmosphere.Key Word: 1) Civil Aviation, 2) Air-passenger Traffic 3) Alliances,4) Expectation Of Passenger , 5)Passengers?
