Abstract (EN)
The best method for measuring glucose and which is recommended is the cumulative glucose test method, which is considered a gold standard as recommended by the World Health Organization and ADA. Since HPLC is the reference method for HbA1c assay,we decided in our study to compare two routine methods: Boronate affinity correlation , enzymatic (Diazyme), with (HPLC), in order to find a compatible and interconnected way with (HPLC) to replace it in clinical laboratories, because the HPLC device is very expensive and there is difficulty in using it . Where we worked on 100 blood samples, 50 samples are healthy and the other 50 samples are already diabetic. work was done on three laboratory devices (LIFOTRONIC (HPLC) HbAIc H8 AUTOMETED ANALYZER & GP Immunoassay Flouroscence GETEIN 1100 Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer &430 fully automated mindray chemistry analyzer BS). showed that the mean differences in HbA1c analysis . That there were significant differences in the mean levels of HbA1c, and the P-values were <0.001.
