Abstract (EN)
Employees can bcomplete a well-designed orientation program to help them adapt to their work and work environments and to achieve a positive work attitude and motivation at the outset.Through orientation trainings, new employees can ask questions and easily adapt to the institution to obtain the information they need to learn, solve problems and make decisions.Labor turnover rate will be low, as it is possible for employees to see themselves as part of the institution.Health sector is one of the most important sectors where labor force turnover should be low.Since nurses, who are among the health care workers, also have a vital duty, it will be useful to work for a long time in the institution they work with. Therefore, it is important to determine the effects of the orientation programs applied to nurses. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the orientation training program and in-house communication. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to nurses who received orientation training in Zeynep Kamil Kadın ve Çocuk Hastalıkları Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, between December 2018 and February 2019.156 people were returned and the data were analyzed in SPSS 22.0 program. The data were subjected to frequency distribution, correlation and regression analysis. The results of the study show that the attitude of the employees directly affects the communication positively.
