Abstract (EN)
Dimethoate is an organic phosphor and it is widely used insecttisits with a wide range spectrum for leaf lice and mites in wheat, cotton, pepper, tobacco and oil seeds. It makes devastating effect in aquatic system because of using synthetic pestitite and decharging to the environment. For this reason, in this research the hormonal, hematologic and histopathological effects of insectisite dimethoate with organic phosphor (0,16 ppm DIMET, 0,32 ppm DIMET) in different periods (4 days to 30 days) were investigated. In the investigations, it was seen that there was a meaningful increase in the levels of TSH, ST3, ST4, ACTH, Kortisol, TNFα, IL-1β and IL-6 on the fish exposed to Dimethoate in each doses and periods when compared to the control group (p>0,05). The levels of TT3, TT4, BH and IGF-1 were decreased when compared with the control group (p<0,05). ACTH level was found the same related to the period. In the fish exposed to Dimethoate, it is found statistically meaningful that the valıues of hematocrit, the number of eritrosit and the amount of hemoglobin in both dose groups were decreased when compared to the control group. Moreover, when compared related to the period, dimethoate in 0,32 ppm dose group was found statistically meaningful related to the values of eritrosit, hemoglobin and hematokrit (p<0,05). In the fish exposed to Dimethoate, there found a meaningful statistical difference in decreasing of total locosite number (WBC) and granulosite rates and increasing of lymphocyte in each doses groups when compared to the control group (p<0,05). There was seen no meaningful statistical difference in the rates of monosite when exposed to Dimenhoate (p>0,05). Furthermore, in the comparison related to the period, there was a statistically meaningful difference in WBC, lenfosit and granulosite rates in sub-chronic phases and only in 0,32 ppm doses group of dimethoate (p<0,05). In all groups in which Dimethoate was used, there seen an increasing cell damage related to the doses and the period in the gill tissues when compared to the control group. The histopathological changes seen in the gill tissues were explained as ephitel separation in seconder lamels, flattening and shortening. The mononuclear tissue infiltration and vacuolar degeneration in liver tissues of the fish can be expressed as histopatholigic hydrofic degeneration at sünizoidal distance. As a result, it is reported that the acute and sub-chronic effects of dimethoate pestidides on carps are explained as hematological, hormonal, and histopathological.
