Özet (EN)

In the Ottoman period, the regulations made with the provisions of the sultan regarding social rules are defined as legislations. They are important sources of rich information about Ottoman legal systems and language structures. Studies to reveal the historicāl development of Turkish studies have been limited to the examination of literary works. In order to determine the change of the vocabulary of the Turkish language in the historicāl process, it is important to examine the works written in other fields besides the literary works. I. Ahmet period were examined and the word presence, sound and shape characteristics were determined. The study consists of four chapters: introduction, examination of language features, text and index sections. In the spelling section, vowel and consonant letters are written, while in the phonetics section, vowel harmony and sound falls are included. Ahmed Akgündüz in his Ottoman Laws which he wrote in 1996 was used. In the index section, the words in the text are listed.
