Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the fungal management insights of individuals working in the Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate in the Inner Anatolian region on organizational levels of engagement, which are important within the institution. In 2022, employees of the Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate in 13 provinces in the Inner Anatolia region formed the exemplary group for the study. Research has used Personal Information Form, Fungal Management Scale, and Organizational Loyalty Scale. About 750 people make up the research's universe. A total of 316 Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate employees, including 157 women and 159 men, have been reached. Data obtained through the study was analyzed using the IBM SPSS 28.0.1.0 package program. Based on demographic information, the independent sampling t-test and single-factor variance analysis (One-Way ANOVA) were used to compare total points and sub-dimension scores for the scale. The Tukey Test was conducted to determine the level of difference between the training levels. The Pearson Moments Product Correlation analysis has been performed for the purpose of determining the relationship between research variables. Given the research findings, employees' ages emerge as a factor influencing a lack of management, gender-deficient information sharing, underlying commitment to organizational cohesion, gender, emotional engagement and continued commitment, marital status, poor information sharing, marital status, organizational engagement, total points and sub-dimensions, years of service, normative commitment, educational status, and continued commitment. The concept of fungal management has a negative effect on the organizational commitment (β = -17) of personnel employed by the Youth and Sports Provincial Directorates, and negative impact on the subdimension of organizational engagement, emotional engagement (β = -32). As a result of the overall framework, the presence of mushroom management in sports organizations can negatively affect the levels of organizational engagement, leading to staff being unable to work peacefully in the workplace, being unmotivated and having problems organizationally.
