Evaluation of internal control system: Example Trabzon Directorship of Food Agriculture and Livestock

In this study the effect of the internal control system on the etic values of the institution, unit efficiency and the levels of the satisfaction of the staff has been researched. The pattern group of this research has been including the staff for Directorship of Food Agrıculture and Livestock, TrabzonThe practice of study has been done with the data?s acquired from 100 participants to the survey. According the survey results, In Trabzon Directorshıp of Food Agriculture and Livestock, it has been gained that the internal control system hasn?t any important effect on etic values. It has been found out that while the internal control system has a partly effect of the staff?s fulfilling their duties, it has positive effect on increasing the staff?s communication and cooperation each other. In Trabzon Directorship of Food Agriculture and Livestock, the internal control system hasn?t any effect of having educations for developing the personnel and increasing the motivation. Besides, the internal control system coming into operation in provincial directorate has had a negative effect on account of the personnel?s accomplishing the tasks and having the necessary equipment.As a result, after being set up, the internal control system has a partly positive effect for personnel?s fulfilling and carrying out the tasks and determining the requirements and also has a positive effect on increasing the communication and cooperation among the personnel.
