Objective license managerial judgement

To protect the the person?s right and advantage against actions and processes of administration effectively, the managerial judgement?s rule ,concerning to competence that is arranged directly by Constitution, is arranged at 2577. article of law. In accordance with this article, it is attributed Law Order(system) Judgement about the competence.The Competence (License) that is arranged in the Law Order(system) Judgement is an objective license relating to the part license and trial tracing license., license rules, managerial judgement law has, which is also accepted as a condition of license in managerial Judgement is called subjective license(competence).In this work, it has been studied on objective license concerning to the part license and trial tracing license indicated above and the license in law, the topic has been tried to be explained by attributing the jurisprudences of Council of State and Trials? verdicts.
