Abstract (EN)

The first attempt in the women's journalism in Turkey with the Tanzimat era society's social and cultural developments occurred during the Tanzimat period. II. During the Constitutional period, the Committee of Union and Progress was influential in the administration of the state and the emphasis was given to the work towards women. It is possible that women are not only limited to their roles within the family but also operate in the community. II. In the period of constitutional monarchy, women's magazines have increased with the provision of freedom at the head. With the publication of the magazines, women have found a comfortable environment without expressing their feelings and thoughts. Women have formed associations so that women can take an active role in social life. In our work, we were first informed about changes in the way of Turkish women's modernization, feminist thought, thoughts on rights recognized by women in the current of thought, evaluations, women's associations and women writers in women's magazines.
