The relation between alienation and organizational silence perceptions of public school teachers

The aim of this research is to reveal relation between organizational silence perceptions and alienation of the teachers who work in central state schools in Efeler district of Aydın. The study group of the study is 1979 teachers who work in the 2014-2015 academic year, 81 in public schools in Efeler district of Aydın. Relational model in this research aimed at uncovering the alienation of perception of organizational silence will be used for primary and secondary school teachers . Krejci was used for determining the sample size and sample size determination table developed by Morgan (R. Krejci and D. W. Morgan, 1970: 30). For cases with sufficient population size in 2000 table noted that the number of 322 samples , the sample size considering the possibility of data loss has been determined to be 777 . The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS. Subscale had the highest perception of the teachers who participated in this research is normlesness alienation and powerlessness . Organizational perception of silence was observed at the highest executive size. As a result of our research, "Organizational Silence General " and " weakness ", " Normlesness ," " futility ," " self- alienation ", " school alienation ", " Alienation " and " Alienation General" in a statistically significant positive in the medium it was found a linear relationship .
