State primary school teacher success of the effect of school management

The schools that are the fundamentals of the our educational system have the responsibility of growing people according to the goals of Turkish National Educational System. It? s must for our country to have the cautious manpower not to be behind of the world?s social, economical and technological developments and innovations , and to be beside the world?s powerful countries.The school managers and the teachers are the ones who are going to achieve the goal of giving an efficient education by considering the developments and changes all over the world . The school managers have the most important role not just because they have the responsibility of making the education effective and efficient , being a role model for their collegues , supporting the teachers to improve in their subject ,helping them to grow qualified people and to succeed in their occupation but also because they have the duty to make the methods of learning a lifestyle for the ones they grow and eventually to the society.In this research it?s aimed to determine the effects of school management of primary schools on the success of teachers. The sample of this research is based on the 266 teachers working in Ümraniye, Üsküdar and Kağıthane within İstanbul city area. Considering the possibility that school managers may have responded emotionally, they are not included in the survey. Moreover, all the teachers are involved in the survey regardless weather their position is permant or contractual.As a result of the surveys, it is observed that the attitudes of the school managements are accepted very positively and have important contribution on the success of the teachers .Key Words: Educational managemet, school management, management, teacher, success of the teacher, school manager, private school, state schools.
