The great deal of dimensions imvestigation of occupational ethic principles were supposed to be obeyed by primary school inspectors on the context of level of their job satisfaction (The sample of İstanbul city)

This research was prepared in order to determine the relationship between the professional ethical principals that was supposed to be obeyed by the primary school inspectors and their level of job satisfactions. To attain this objective, a questionnaire consisting three parts was prepared. The questionnaire was applied to 140 primary school inspectors.First 5 questions of the first part of the questionnaire were asked to determine the demographical and professional characteristics of the participants.In the second part; it was tried to determine the primary school inspectors? that joined the questionnaire, level of obeying the ethical principles by using the Questionnaire of Ethical Principals that was supposed to be obeyed by the primary school ınspectors.In the last part of the questionnaire it was tried to determine the job satisfaction level of the participant primary school inspectors by using the Minnesota Job-Satisfaction Scale.The endogenous and exogenous dimensions that are examined in the scale were taken in the content of the research.The data gathered from the results of the questionnaires was analysed by SPSS 15 for Windows and presented in table forms.The sample group consists of the primary school inspectors? demographic characteristics and to the given answers to professional ethical principal questionnare that supposed to be obeyed, was evaluated such as frequency and percentages were used on the descriptive statistics.In the result of the research, it was put forward to that there was a meaningful difference between the endogenous, exogenous and the total satisfaction of primary school inspectors and their age, education level and the variable of their professional seniority.There was not found any meaningful relationship between the ethical principles that was supposed to be obeyed by the primary school inspectors and the total satisfaction of the inspectors.Various suggestions are derived from research results. It is expected that the research findings will contribute and lead new studies on this area.Key Words: Primary School Inspector, Jop Satisfaction, Professional Ethical Principles
