The standards of the heart in the primary school management

The purpose of this study is, levels of constitute standards of the heart and determine problems faced by primary school managers in Çanakkale Province.Research was executed in the academic year 2009-2010 by four primary schools managers, assistant managers, 2 teachers who are responsible for OGYE, students representative council and heads of school-family association were conducted interviews in the district of Çanakkale Province, Ayvacık District.Datas were collected with semi-structured interview technique to determine the level of the constitute standards of the heart. Voice recorder was used during the interviews. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis.The analysis of qualitative data, primary managers trying to create standards of the heart, primarily needs to know students physical conditions, financial conditions, all the aspects stated as familial status. When creating standards of the heart, teachers, students, parents and the environment are necessary and they are also seeking for cooperation. Equality, diversity, integrity, participation, justice and the other standards of the hearts are reported as public opinion by interviewee.
