Forming moral values in a way helps to form professional values. This research is about the relationship between the primary school managers' moral values and their professional self-respect. This research is descriptive and relational searching model is used. It is applied in istanbul, Kiiyiikyekmece, Balarkoy and A vCllar to 90 primary school managers using Schwartz Values Scale and Ancak's (1999) occupational self-respect scale is used. Besides this, personal information form is given to all the managers. Personal info about the managers are presented with percentages and frequencies. To analyse the indications when testing difference of the mean of the two groups unrelated sampling t test ; to test for more than two mean groups one dimensional variance test is used. In some cases when parametric tests are not met to test the difference betwen two groups Mann -Whltney U test is used. The findings of the research are listed below: The most common three moral values among the managers are: being honest, social justice and responsibility. The least common three moral values are: being rich, interdependence, and accepting the life as it is. As a result of the descriptive analysis to determine the occupational selfrespect level 44 people have low occupational self-respect, 46 people have high occupational self-respect. When we look at the school principles' social justice values according to their occupational self-respects, there is a meaningful difference for the ones who have high selfrespect. (Z=-2.66, p=.008). When we look at the school principles' social responsibility values according to their occupational self-respects, there is a meaningful difference for the ones who have high self-respect. (Z=-3.07, p=.002). When we look at the school principles' acceptance of the life values according to their occupational self-respects, the ones who have low self-respect have a higher degree mean. As a result of the Mann-Whitney U test there is a meaningful difference. (Z~2.51, p=.012).
