Abstract (EN)
The evolvement of human resource management with society's economic demands demonstrates the importance of HRM practice at the educational level towards a school's success (Blanford, 2009). According to Nartey, Annan & Nunoo (2018), every country's human resource development is founded based on education. This study is, first of all, inspired by a quest to appreciate in detail what impacts emerging Human Resource Practices have on Job Satisfaction (the happiness about one's job), Life Satisfaction, the overall subjective well-being of Teaching professionals, and the role courage plays in these spheres of impacts. Primary data was collected from 201 senior high school certified teachers in Ghana through an online questionnaire, and Structural Equation Modeling was used for data analysis. The results suggested that human resource practices positively impact both teachers' Job Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction. It is also identified that Courage moderates the relationship between Emerging Human Resource Practices and teachers' Job Satisfaction. However, Courage does not moderate the relationship between Emerging Human Resource Practices and teachers' life satisfaction.
