Responsibility of contractor in construction

Construction contract, which holds a crucial part in Turkish economy, is a special type of contract of art that is set by TBK and faced a lot in application. Regarding to construction contract, special provisions of TBK article number 470-486 are related to contract of art and general provisions of TBK will be applied. In construction contract, there are responsibilities both contract or company and job holder who are sides of contract. Frequently encountered problems in applications are predominantly originates by contractor companies, so i indited the responsibilities of contractor companies in my thesis. I examined the responsibilities of contractor companies in two topic which are previsions that will be apply to pre-delivery and post-delivery of job.
