Abstract (EN)

This study proposed 4 different altenative implant design that can be used for the treatment of femoral fractures in order to decrease stress distrubition on the bone-implant interface especially in the condition of impact loading. The numeric analysis of the most commonly using 3 implant design in orthopedic operations and 4 new implant design proposed in this study were performed by ANSYS 19.2 both static and dynamic loading conditions. In the analyses, impactor weight were assumed to be 80 kg and impact velocity were chosen as 3 m/s, 4 m/s, 5 m/s. The best performance were obtained in Desing 1 as the stresses due to vertical force were reduced in the rate of 37,8% and the stresses due to horizantal force were reduced in the rate of 28,3%.
