Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the specific heat capacities of vanadium have been investigated in a wide range of temperatures, taking into account the Debye approach. As can be seen from the formulas, the precise calculation of the specific heat depends on the results obtained from the analytical formulas created for the Debye function. It is seen from the studies that the formulas created for the Debye approach give results with the desired precision according to the Debye approach. For this reason, the calculation of the specific heat capacities of vanadium, which are considered as examples in the thesis, has been analyzed according to the newly proposed method and formulas. There are few studies on the investigation of thermodynamic properties of solids according to the Debye approach in the sources. In the proposed thesis, the changes in the specific heat amount of vanadium according to the temperature were calculated according to the Debye approach and the results were compared. As can be seen from the results, I believe that the results vanadium will be useful in technological applications.
