Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of work-family life balance on job performance perception. The sample of the study consisted of 250 public employees working in a municipality in Trabzon Akçaabat.Work-Family Life Balance Scale and Job Performance Perception Scale were used as data collection instruments.Descriptive statistics, Independent Group t-Test, One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis techniques were used during the data analysis process. As a result of the study, a positive significant relationship was found between the participants' work-family life balances and their job performance perceptions. While the levels of work-family life balances of the participants differed according to the veriables of age, education and professional seniority;and job performance perception levels differ according to the marital status, age, education, professional seniority and working time in the same workplace.
