Abstract (EN)
This research has been prepared to give information about occupational health and safety and performance management and to express the effect of occupational health and safety on performance management. At the completion of the research, the literature review method was used as a method. In the literature, publications related to the concepts of occupational health and safety and performance management were examined and transferred to the study. As a result of the research, it has been determined that occupational health and safety practices affect performance positively.
