Investigation of job satisfaction and motivation management effects on employees

Today, competition in the increasing globalization of business has led to more rate increase. A company's most important capital is the human factor. Therefore, how the employees focused on business can be more effective and efficient. Employees with higher job satisfaction, motivation and job satisfaction and motivation for the concept to be more effective and efficient is very important in terms of both running businesses. The main objective of this research is to emphasize the importance of job satisfaction and motivation of employees and businesses. In the first two chapters of job satisfaction and motivation for this research concepts are explained in detail. In the practical part of the study the relationship between demographic variables of factors affecting job satisfaction of employees are examined. This research method used in the survey and statistical analysis methods were utilized to evaluate the application. According to the findings provided some research results and conclusions.
