Abstract (EN)

In today's world, it becomes very important for individuals working in a harmonious way to take both their work and family/private lives together. Individuals can provide motivation and feel better without role conflict if they can cope with the responsibilities of work and family. If an individual's responsibility prevents him from realizing his other responsibility, it is seen that he is in work-life imbalance. An individual who cannot fulfill the demands of his job or family on time or in the desired way is likely to experience undesirable situations both personally and organizationally. It is thought that employees are not just a mechanical structure that does their job and that the problems they experience can be reflected in other areas. For this reason, the individual in conflict needs to create a triple balance between himself, his family, and his work. In the formation of balance, important responsibilities fall on the person himself, his family and the institution he works for. As soon as the person realizes the conflict, he should go to the problem and eliminate the problem. Similarly, there should be a corporate structure that values its employees, deals with their problems and helps them to establish a work-life balance. Businesses that provide the necessary support to their employees in order to maintain their work-life balance also receive positive output from their employees. In this study, the concept of work-life balance and job satisfaction and contextual performance, which are thought to be related, are emphasized. Afterwards, it was examined whether the manager's support had a regulatory role in bilateral relations.
