Parent satisfaction in hearing handicapped primary schools: The case of Ankara

This study was conducted to measure the level of satisfaction of parents of students in primary schools with hearing impairments under the Ministry of National Education in Ankara. In the service sector, defining and measuring the quality of service is more difficult and complex than the real sector. Defining and measuring service quality can only be achieved by explaining the relationship between perceived service quality and desired (expected) quality of service dimensions. In this study; The questionnaire was conducted with 85 (eighty five) parents from 3 (three) schools on the satisfaction of parents in hearing impaired elementary schools and the differences between parents' perceptions and expectations about educational services were analyzed by using SPSS 20 program and the satisfaction level of the parents was evaluated. According to the results of the research conducted with 15 (fifteen) variables, a general satisfaction is seen, but some arrangements will increase the level of satisfaction.
