Surgical aesthetic operation in terms of Islamic law

Islamic law has a say in all areas of life. The jurisprudence of every current issue is important for Muslims.The issue of aesthetic surgery is one of these current issues. For this reason, we tried to examine all aesthetic operations performed surgically as fiqh after introducing them in general terms with the application form in medical science. In this context, the thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, under the title of body and aesthetics, we examined how the body was perceived and in what position it was in ancient Greece because of its special relationship with the body and religions. Then, we tried to give the view of Islam to aesthetics after mentioning the applications made in history in the name of aesthetics and how the perception of beauty is today with the title of aesthetics. In the second part, we talked about how long aesthetic surgery has existed and what religions interpret these operations. Then, we briefly examined the reasons for applying to plastic surgery. Then, we discussed every aesthetic operation described as surgery with the details of medical science. At this point, I would like to thank my professors at the medical school with whom I interviewed. In the last part, we discussed the provisions of aesthetic operations in both modern law and fiqh. Since this issue cannot be considered alone in Islamic law, we first examined the related issues under separate headings. As far as we can reach the fatwas given on this subject, we have translated them from both Arabic and English works to give an idea to the reader. We stated the result of the research.
