This thesis aims to examine the positive and negative effects of the conflict on the employees within an institutional framework. The types of conflicts in organizations in theoretical framework are gathered in two chapters: types of conflict according to resources and types of conflict according to organizational levels. This study deals with two areas of impact within the organization: the motivation and the performance. The components of the study are the types of conflict in organizations, the causes of organizational conflict, and the motivation and performance of conflict in organizations. The study tries to answer whether the conflicts in the business affect the motivations of the employees of the company in the positive or negative direction and how this interaction reflects the performance level of the business. First of all, the trilogy of conflict, motivation and performance are thoroughly explained in order to solve these processes and to answer these questions as well. In the study conducted using the quantitative research model in airline company and using questionnaire technique as data collection tool, questions about socio-demographic, cause of conflict and determination of motivation-performance were grouped according to age, sex, profession and institutional working time of employees in the company and the conflict perceptions, motivation and the level of performance.
