The evaluation of the safety perceptions of the enterprises with the global fuzzy ahs approach in the context of the security culture and security climate

In the developing world, people spend most of their time in their workplaces. It provides positive contributions to employees in terms of safety climate and perception, job satisfaction and performance in work environments. The fact that workplaces provide safe working conditions gives a sense of belonging as well as efficiency and performance. Taking the opinions of the employees about the risks in the workplaces and reporting their opinions about these issues to the senior management has a great effect on the development of the institution in terms of the safety climate and culture. The security climate is the dominant features that give the organization its identity, affect the behavior of the employees and are perceived by the employees. Safety culture, on the other hand, is conceptually defined as paying attention to employees, which are the main elements of the workplace, adopting common values in their attitudes and behaviors, and occupational health and safety activities in which beliefs and norms are implemented and their continuity is ensured. In this study, the safety climate and safety culture of the enterprises were discussed by applying the Spherical AHP method with the addition of a different third dimension besides the normal two dimensions and fuzzy AHP assessment. In spherical fuzzy sets, membership, non-membership sum squared and hesitation parameters can range from 0 to 1. They can each be independently defined between 0 and 1. They are convinced that the square of their sum equals 1 at most. Within the scope of this study, the Spherical AHP model was applied by comparing the safety climate and safety culture of the employees with certain criteria in line with the alternatives. Findings obtained as a result of the study were evaluated.
