Basic approaches in re-organization model of corporation management systems and a model design for the implementation conditions in Turkey

Developing technology has caused the disappearing of limits in international market and changing in expectations of customer who have a lot of alternative. Therefore the purpose methods and principal of base organization of classic companies have lost their popularities. The companies have been renewed for increasing their life in respect to competition, for more profit and to have developing continuity. Development of capability for competition in companies is not depending on more working of employees but is depend on working more effective. Thus, it will be possible when the companies and their employees must renew classic organizational principles. In the introduction to this thesis general information was given about management and management systems. In the second chapter, reorganization of management systems and implementation phases of reorganization were explained. Change management in management systems and organizational devolepment was analyzed in third chapter. Organizational change management and effect of change on organizations were mentioned in fourth chapter. In fifth chapter an application model was designed and an example company in the service industry reorganized with this model.
