Abstract (EN)
Hearing difficulties can cause cares in daily outings and social participation. This includes individuals' health-related lifestyle, research, and emotional perceptions. Overhaul the protection that takes over personal computers, such as external dimensions and coping distance, such as the acoustic environment. Provide an ICF perspective to examine the journeys and observations of individuals of these hearing-impaired adults through hearing-related living. For this purpose, Turkish validity-reliability was realized, scales commonly used in the assessment of hearing loss in adults and ICF architecture system basic usage tools were used. The 18-60 age group applied to the study with the complaint of hearing difficulties; organs with sensorineural and mixed types of unilateral or bilateral hearing loss are included, while very mild features receive varying degrees of deafness. Hearing Handicap Inventory For Adults, Amsterdam Inventory For Auditory Disability and Handicap, WHO Disability Assessment Schedule WHODAS, The abbreviated profile of hearing aid benefit (APHAB) were matched. Three assessment instruments matched with ICF Hearing Loss Comprehensive Core Set components have a distribution ratio of 29%. Positive intention, high-level significant correlation was observed between the scales used for life-expanding assessment. A highly effective relationship was observed between the scales used for environmental collective assessment and the scales used for assessing survival to life, especially in reproductive barrier devices(p<0.05).
